We found this dental care facility online by doing a Google search for dentists in the Knoxville area and decided to schedule and appointment after reading several positive reviews. I had a great experience with Dr. Malone (and Dr. Costa). He was very attentive and thorough, explaining details very clearly and he made sure I understood everything he was saying. The dental assistant I saw was also very helpful (Missy). The front office staff members were very personable and friendly. Overall, Knox Smiles had a very positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere during my visit. I definitely recommend this office to anyone on the market for a new dentist!

I asked my life long dentist in Georgia for a recommendation in the Knoxville area when I moved to this state. Dr. Malone was his instant and only reply. After spending 4 years with this practice, I completely understand why. The Dentistry is the best you can find in the area. His team was impeccably chosen. It is obvious that they really work hard to create a relaxed and stress-free environment for their patients.

I just finished my dental cleaning at the office of Drs. Malone and Costa. Now, normally, any trip to the dentist fills me with dread. Luckily for me, Izabela did my cleaning and it was the least stressful experience imaginable. Izabela was not only gentle and thorough, but also extremely reassuring. I also know I’m not the easiest patient to deal with, but she was understanding and very patient with me. Dr. Costa came up with an effective Plan to treat my dental problems and made sure it was fair financially. Even the front desk staff was extra friendly and helpful. So, anybody who is nervous about the dentist, give Knoxville Smiles a call. You won’t be disappointed.

What a great experience. It’s not often you go to the dentist and absolutely nothing is uncomfortable. And with my high anxiety and fear that is saying a lot. I came in due a cosmetic issue. Although I was a new patient and obviously needed help, they worked to get me in and treated me with such respect. Dr. Costa was open to my ideas and best: never felt any pain or discomfort during the procedure. Now I can smile. I have decided to put aside the fear and may appointment for cleaning and assessing a few issues that I have been putting off. Dr. Costa thank you and your staff.

My visit to smiles was excellent as always! My hygienist Jade was wonderful. She is so professional, excellent in her skills, very neat in her appearance, and I cannot praise her high enough in this format. My personal opinion is that this should be the benchmark business for dental practice throughout the nation. I was very blessed when I was led to this practice after moving to Knoxville approximately 3 years ago.

Thanks to Knoxville Smiles, my attractive smile has returned! Thanks also to God Who gave His gifts of love, caring and skill to Dr. Stephen Malone and his dental assistant Missy— working as an awesome team and creating a new tooth on a broken, but healthy, stub.
