Here’s how it works
Reviews collection program is an online system that makes it easy for you to obtain feedback from your customers and publish reviews on your Fans’ Choice profile. Here’s the 8-step process:
1. Collect your customers email addresses
If you already have a database, that’s great! If not, start collecting your customer data today.
2. Add your customer data into the system
Upload individual details or bulk upload a customer list and your list will be safe with Fans’ Choice awards team.
3. Your customer receives a personalized email
It will invite them to rate and review your Fans’ Choice profile how likely they’d be to recommend your company to a friend and submit their feedback.
4. You receive email alerts for every new review
Every time you receive feedback, Customer Feedback Centre will alert you by email.
5. Reviews automatically published online
