Carolina Son is the single best barbecue place in town. No other place can match them for quality or price. This is the only place that I feel puts love into their food, and it shows. They want you go home happy. You don’t see that in other restaurants these days.

Everything I have eaten in CBS is fabulous. The pulled pork and meatloaf are 2 of my favorites. Everything is so tender and seasoned perfectly.

Carolina & Son is quite possibly the best food in Virginia Beach and definitely the best meal you’ll get for under $15. I recommend them to everyone and all my friends now love to eat here. If you’re lucky enough to live in their delivery range, you better thank Jesus right now. My favorites are the eastern NC pulled pork and the beef brisket. Of course anytime there is a special that’s what you need to get. You’ll be seeing God with every bite.

Their food is amazingly delicious & the customer service is outstanding! The atmosphere is very welcoming & extremely clean. I love that the tables aren\’t too crowded together. And their specials are not only a great deal, but oh so good! Just this past Sunday they had bacon-wrapped ribs & those were literally the best ribs I\’ve ever had!!! They also have all-you-can-eat, FREE ice cream on Sundays! I can\’t say enough good things about Carolina Son BBQ & their food. The only way they could improve would be by opening another location. :o)

NEVER a bad meal! If you are looking for some GOOD bbq and an atmosphere that makes you feel like family, then you MUST go to Carolina Son BBQ. Oh, and they also CATER. This family owned/operated business is by far the BEST in Hampton Roads.

Carolina Son BBQ never dissapoints. It has quickly become a staple in the Hampton roads area as the best restaurant to get outstanding barbecue. Their sunday specials put a new, delicious spin on classic dishes that you normally wouldn’t think of with barbecue. Definitely the best barbecue I have ever had!
