Dr. Bob and his staff are the best of the best. Well-trained professionals, of course. But on top of that, they care about every single animal they see. We moved our dog from the vet-in-a-box Petco over to Conway. Dr. Bob instantly diagnosed a bacteria infection on our dog’s skin that had caused itchiness and sores his whole life, which was easily treatable with the right shampoo. Totally changed our dog’s quality of life (and ours!). When our dog died just this past summer while we were out of town, our neighbor took him to Conway. They cleaned him up for us and gave us our own private visitation/viewing. Then they prepared him for burial so we could take him home and bury him in our backyard. The kindness and compassion they showed us was just above and beyond anything you would expect. I could go on and on, but I’ll wrap up with this: If you ever wonder if anyone could love your pet as much as you do, the staff at Conway Veterinary Hospital can and will.

Dr. Bob and his staff are just top-notch. Not only are they extremely efficient and experienced, but they are really caring and compassionate too!
Dr. Bob has the best bedside manner, no matter how large or small your pet. He and his staff are all so friendly and personable.
They make time for you whenever you need them. Our guinea pig regularly goes in for his pedicure!
When it was time to say goodbye to our beloved 16-year old Lab last year, Bob and CJ made the process so much easier to deal with through their quiet and heartfelt compassion. We wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help us through this difficult transition.
Dr. Bob recently spayed our new Lab puppy. We have been blown away by her recovery. She has honestly acted like nothing has happened and her incision-site is so neat! Excellent work!
