I have been a volunteer at ARC for the last 10 years. I have seen first hand the love and care given to they’re cats and dogs. They are THE BEST, and I hope to be with them for many years to come.

I adopted my dog Allie from ARC 4+ years ago. I have been there many many times and the people who work and volunteer there are the best in the world. The animals are so well cared for and ARC has the best set-up of any rescue place.

ARC gives every one of their residents the chance at a loving, forever home. While in residence, ARC not only provides shelter and food, they dish out lots of attention and love to all.

I was a foster mother for a beautiful dog (Ellie Mae) she had cancer and I seen first hand the love and compassion they all gave her. The doctors that also worked with her were also extremely caring. I want to thank each and every one at Animal Rescue Center (ARC) for your generosity and LOVE for caring about Ellie Mae and myself.

I have adopted several cats fron Arc, and they are well cared for and healthy! We went on to volunteer and foster, and this place is without match. As a no-kill shelter it provides homes for the overflow and endangered animals from other shelters. Animals are not kept in small pens and medical care is provided on long-term basis. ARC welcomes the community in to partner and teach younger kids about the importance of caring for animals. Way to go ARC!

We adopted our cat from the ARC and it was such a great experience! They take such loving care of all the animals that they have. We see lots of stories where they will take animals in that most won’t even look at due to the animals health or circumstances. To see what they can do to turn an animals life around is amazing! I would encourage people who want to adopt an animal to check out the Animal Refuge Center!

I can’t say enough good things about ARC. They were awsome when we came to rescue our new family member, Gambit. Everyone cared about the well-being of these animals as well as making sure the people adopting them are able to care for them as well.
Staff was super friendly and helpful every step of the way. Even though we came back 4 times in week to make sure our choice was right for our family and our other pup, Haley. At no point did they seem bothered to have to walk us through the kennels and answer all our questions. They truly enjoy what they do. In my opinion there is no better place to rescue your next pet than ARC. So go out there and rescue one the many great pets and give them the loving home they deserve.

They help all animals! I’ve seen what they do hands on. They are the most caring people I know. They make sure all the animals have the best care.
