Took my 9.5 year old toy poodles to see Laura. Normally they are scared when they go in to a new place and come out ready to get out. With Laura she was very calming with them and when the most nervous one was done her came to hang out with me while his brother got done. No crying, no shaking, no cuts, just one heck of a HAPPY boy!! Laura, without a doubt, is the BEST groomer they have ever been to!! Thank you for loving my boys as your own and doing such a great job!!

I brought my older dog in years back to have his nails cliooed. Laura worked around his anxiety with love care and compassion with amazing nails and no stress to chewy. Ix highly recommend her and her staff to anyone any day

My dogs have been groomed by Laura since we moved to Reno fifteen years ago. One of our dogs had a serious skin condition that Laura treated with loving care. She truly is a master groomer.

Laura’s service is always excellent and she is so wonderful with animals. I have a cat with allergies and she has always been able to handle him and his needs.
