Scissors and Rayz is a salon where I can be myself. All of the stylists are personable and professional at the same time– my stylist Kayla is amazing and I’m never disappointed! She takes my requests and makes suggestions that suit my needs and personality. I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else, and I’m so proud to have chosen them for my wedding day!! Love this place.
