I have been going to CWHMS for well over a year now. I have had facials with Katie, which were so relaxing I actually fell asleep during one of them. I have both back and neck problems and always look forward to my massages with Pam. Pam is awesome.. I always leave so relaxed and calm just wishing I could have stayed longer! The office staff are all so kind and helpful, and always return my phone calls, which is important to me, as well as makes me feel I am important to them. I plan to stay at CWHMS and have no plans to go anywhere else. I encourage you to try their spa services, and believe your experience will be as good as all of mine have been!

I came to Contemporary Women’s Health Spa for a pregnancy massage. I had never had a massage before because I have been self conscious and was worried I would feel uncomfortable getting a massage. However, the staff made me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and I left feeling the BEST and most relaxed I felt during my whole pregnancy. I only wish I had gone sooner and more often, but I waited too the very end to go. I am definitely going back soon for my next massage! Highly recommend!

Pam Basinger is an excellent massage therapist. She is skilled, experienced, knowledgable, and attuned to the client’s needs. The Spa has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and an outstanding staff.

Started going here because of a Groupon a few years ago and so glad I took advantage of that! Love Katy for my facials and Pam for my massages. It is a calm facility and very relaxing especially in their new location.

To state it simply I have had several massages at other local places as well as out of town high end spas. Women\’s Contemporary Spa has by far been my favorite experience. They also sell my favorite make-up and skincare line that is the best, Bare Minerals.

One of the hardest things to do is change professionals. My move to Knoxville ended a seven year relationship with a massage therapist. It took a while to find a new therapist and I think I was very lucky to come upon Pam. She listens, she has very good technique and a very soothing and comforting therapy room. Massage helps me to function physically, and that is important. All the support staff are genuinely lovely as well. All around a great place to go!

I love CWH & all the ladies that work there! I get my massages, my facials, & yoga classes there, so I’m there at least twice a week! Everyone is so friendly & their attitude of service is amazing! They’re very professional & are experts in their fields; I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Top notch Spa & it’s the people who work there who make it so! Thank you CWH for all you do! You girls are the BEST!!!

I have been going to CWH-Medi-Spa over a year now since I am a member. I get a monthly massage which helps me a lot since I am a mother and pick up a heavy child. I see Pamela and she really works out the knots in my back and relives the discomfort. The prices are perfect for my pocketbook and the membership is a no-brainer.

This spa is amazing! They offer the best variety of services and products. The staff is the kindest, most caring group of people I have met. They are also extremely knowledgeable about their work. I had been suffering from a very painful hip. The massage therapist was able to relieve the pain after only a few sessions and also gave me exercises to do at home for relief.

What an amazing ambience CWHMS has. It always smells so fabulous when you walk in. The ladies are always smiling and very welcoming!! The aesthetician and massage therapists have mad skills which are so relaxing!! The facials and massages are the best I have ever had…actually going for one of each on Thursday! The Spa is so cutting edge! I love everything about them…their office, their services and their people!!

I currently use the facility for yoga classes once or twice per week. Although it can be quite warm at times, the instructors have all been flexible and most helpful in acclimating new students.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Hours vary.

I have been taking the Yoga class at Contemporary Women\’s Health and it is great. I especially like that the times the classes are offered are at a time that fits my work schedule. No going home first and then having to get back out.
I also did the new Abs and Buns class yesterday and it was a great class as well!!

Contemporary Women’s Health is an awesome spa! I have had laser hair removal on several areas over the course of several years. I keep coming back because I trust Katie and her staff so much. They also have some of the BEST yoga teachers in Knoxville offering classes there!

I was hooked once i attended a seminar to learn about SculptureSure. I had a treatment 12 weeks ago and its amazing. I am also a regular for facials. Katie is amazing and you will feel relaxed and renewed!
