Am not a fan, am VERY disappointed in the way I have been treated by the staff at HQ salon in Lorain. I had applied for a job in June for the spa coriander, I received a call from a Jennifer I returned her call and we had set up an interview, a week before my interview she called me and told me the manager needed to reschedule she had just returned from being out and needed some time to get back into a routine I called back and had a mini phone conversation with Jennifer she then tells me she will let me know when the manager is ready to give me an interview I had not heard anything for about three weeks so I called back and left a message for Jennifer she calls me 5 days later to tell me there is an issues with their spa in Westlake an dthey are not hiring at this time, I called back trying to get more information and have heard nothing back I left a post on the page and it was removed am VERY upset, I felt I was lied to, mislead, now am even ignored, I have asked to speak to a manager and I keep being sent to Jennifer I want to speak to the person above her am tired of the lies, and the complete run around, DO NOT give your business to a place that doesn’t act in a professional manner I like honestly I’be been doing skin care and ,massage for the last 4yrs I have the skills and the knowledge its a shame I have been treated the way I have! Nothing has been done to make it right
