Michael and Kara are two amazingly skilled stylists and I have been seeing them for years and years…first Michael, and then Kara. Both Kara and Michael understand all aspects of hair and are masters in their field. I trust them completely whether it’s a cut, colour, or special occasion style.

Kara is not only an amazing stylist that gives awesome haircuts, but she gives great advice throughout your appointment on how to manage your haircut at home to make it look like you walked out of the salon everyday. When I decided to cut my long hair short, Kara took the time to review the different options to make sure I comfortable before we got started. In addition to her professional skill set, she is a wonderful and funny person and so easy to talk to. I would recommend Michael Kara Hair Studio to all my friends.

Love this place!! Michael Kara Hair Studo provides excellent service in a relaxing, beautiful environment! It’s like having your hair done at a friends house- so warm and friendly! Michael has been my hairdresser for years and I would not go to anyone else. Michael and Kara always make sure their clients get the look they want and are very professional. I would and do recommend it to everyone!

I have been a client of Kara’s for years now. She saved my hair from a bad haircut and has been helping me feel like my best self ever since. She is an amazing stylist and an even better person. I am SO happy for her and for Michael. Their new salon is beautiful, comfortable and classy. They are welcoming, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this salon.
