Dr. Frank Rutowski and staff of Animal Care Hospital of Matthews are wonderful. Helpful and compassionate, always understanding how important my parrot is to me, and appointment needs and questions I have are responded to in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. Dr. Rutowski has always helped my parrot, asking a multitude of questions and truly listening to my answers. His thorough examinations, avian knowledge and friendly demeanor have engendered my trust and loyalty. Add his excellent staff and these are the reasons Animal Care Hospital of Matthews has been my veterinarian service over 10 years.

Dr McGarry is a wonderful and caring vet. Dr. R came to my home to humanely help my elderly cat go to heaven, because he knew how stressed coming to the office made her. The Vet techs are great. My dog gets groomed here once a month and loves it here. Great place.

Animal Care Hospital, meaning ALL of the doctors and staff, have a visible love for their patients that is expressed as soon as you come in the door. They have seen me through 2 sets of 3 dogs each and there is not another place I would trust with my pups!

I have been taking my cockatoo, Coco, to Animal Care Hospital of Matthews for years. Dr. Rutowski is a fantastic and caring veterinarian. His staff provides friendly, caring, and efficient service. I feel very fortunate to have access to a wonderful avian certified vet . There are not that many vets that specialize in birds.

Dr. Rutowski and his staff are excellent! They are kind, compassionate and well-educated. I really like that they offer laser therapy and chiropractic adjustments and that their avian clients have access to a Certified Parrot Behavior Consultant.
