I’ve been going to ARQ Salon on Douglas for years to have my hair cut by Robin. Everyone at ARQ is so warm and friendly and some of the other stylists greet me by name. Robin has always done an excellent job on my hair and we’ve even designed some of my cuts together. I always feel pampered when I have an appointment and I have recommended ARQ Salon to many people and will continue to do so!

I love how pampered I feel at Arq, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, Haley does an awesome cut and style, I get so many complements on my hair my hair!

I’ve been a client of Brett Lacey and Arq Salon for 20 years. Kind of says it all doesn’t it? His customer service, attention to detail and skill keep me happy and loyal. I receive compliments on my cut and colour on a regular basis. He is a master at finding the balance between what I want, what my hair is capable of, and what he knows will work best for me. I am a FAN of Arq Salon!

Ever since I started going to Arq Salon my hair has been at its best. The whole team is so welcoming, warm and friendly. They’ve always listened to exactly what I want, not just what they want to do with my hair, as I have experienced in basically every other salon I have ever gone to. When my main hairstylist left for a while, I was still comfortable in giving them my business, knowing that my comfort level has always been their most important priority. I have never loved my hair so much, nor have I ever had so many compliments on my hair from strangers. I will always recommend these guys, and no matter which salon you go to, you can be sure they strive for excellence in every aspect of their business.

Arq is an extraordinary salon! It is a warm haven for pampering. Robin is an artist when it comes to hair coloring–she makes it so much FUN. I just let her loose and I am always delighted with my new look. I highly recommend this salon!
