Angela, the Dental Hygienist, was phenomenal!!! She’s so personable and sweet. I came here from going to Aspen Dental once and was not at all impressed with all of the things they found “wrong” in my mouth (no other dentist has ever mentioned these “issues”), and I am immensely pleased with Asheville Smile Center. I just moved to Asheville in July and am very grateful for finding this awesome office. Dr. Payne is amazing, too! Everyone is gentle and kind and I do not feel rushed out of the office. Oh, and they said my mouth was perfectly fine. 😉 10/10 highly recommend this office, I will not go to another place!

Amazing! Let me start off by saying that there is no one alive today more afraid of going to the dentist than I. Even regular cleanings freak me out nearly to the point of tears. Asheville Smile Center is the best dental office that I have ever visited! They didn’t just care about the health of my teeth- they also cared about my mental/emotional well-being throughout the appointment. I can now say that I am not afraid of going to the dentist (as long as it’s Asheville Smile Center)!

On 09-28-20 I saw Doctor Payne and Angela. Doctor Payne gave me pain LOL!!! No they were very amazing i would recommend ASHEVILLE SMILE CENTER TO EVERYONE I KNOW. ASHEVILLE SMILE CENTER HAS HELPED MY ENTIRE FAMILY!!!!

Dr. Port has been great to me, kind and informative without talking down to me. Worked with me on costs, has a great and diverse staff. Would recommend the Smile Center to everyone!

Some of the SWEETEST people I’ve ever met work here. I was super worried about going in because it had been a LONG time since I had a dentist appointment. They were super non-judgemental and friendly and gave me great advice. Would definitely recommend coming here if you haven’t already.

Everyone is so upbeat, happy and also very professional. The office and all equipment is state of the art. Dr. Port is personality plus, with a gentle chairside manner. They stop at nothing to make you feel comfortable, as well as pain and anxiety free. Their promos and contests are fun and engaging!

Just had my first visit and am very impressed with the friendly staff & beautiful office. Will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Thanks!!!

I have only good things to say about Asheville Smile Center. The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. Each member really took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. They strived to make my experience as pleasant as possible at their state of the art facility. Their office really adds unique touches such as refreshments, offering to diffuse essential oils during treatment or take advantage of electric massage chairs. I felt really confident in their expertise and was very pleased with the cutting edge technology at their facility. Lower radiation digital imaging and alternatives to amalgam fillings as well as an impressive sterilization station and many different cosmetic options stood out to me. They had great self-pay options and promotions–I was able to take advantage of one myself that resulted in truly significant savings as a new patient. I highly recommend them and plan to schedule a cleaning for my spouse soon.
