I had an appointment set up with another shop in the area for my 2nd mom\’s memorial(my 3rd ever tat)…we argued for an hour about me getting my tat the way I wanted it. They continued to tell me no that it couldn\’t be done that way, and then sent me on my way saying they didn\’t have \”enough time\”. There were no other appts that evening..they just wanted to closed. I was mad and left. On my way I called Bad Cat just out of animosity and even tho it was late evening they were like no biggie, turn around and come here, Tommy will help u. I got a million apologies for the other shop even tho they had nothing to do with, hand shakes upon meeting, a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere and got treated like I was the only customer that ever existed. I got exactly what I wanted with out question. Both Faye and Tommy treated me like a close friend, even tho we had literally JUST met! This was just a few months back, but I\’ve already been back for my 4th one on my body, done by, of course, Tommy. This is big for me because after the horrible experience with my 1st tat, it took 6 years, a bad break up, and a need for words of encouragment on my body to get me to return. I never wanted another tat after the first. My 4th is brand new. And I can say that my 1st and 2nd tattoo both have mistakes…there isn\’t a mistake on either Tommy has done. They are literally perfect!!! He\’s worked hard to come up with ideas on how to fix my 1st tattoo(my sons memorial and the most important tat on my body). He never tells me I need to change my idea but when I ask him for help he throws a million ideas out there until I choose just what I want. He makes me comfortable(my last is on my upper thigh so that\’s pretty important with such an uncomfortable situation/area). He listens when I talk. He treats me like we\’re best friends in the world even tho, just remember, we\’ve met twice. He responds to my messages no matter what time of the day, and very quickly. I will never go else where. Bad cat has my business every time ink is going on my body!!!

Faye is a true artist! Works fast and does amazing work! I won’t go to anyone else for ink now that I have found her!
