B&B K-9 Obedience Training

Mike and his family and staff are the best. Caring and compassionate about what they do. Mike helped me get back my big male German Shepherd. I had failed to give him what he needed most, me. After just an hour I had my dog back . We have been going to him almost a year now and will continue to go and recommend him highly.

Mike is awesome! We had been looking all around for a trainer for our German Shepherd puppy along with our other 2 dogs that we have and we haven’t been disappointed. He always makes sure that we do not leave without accomplishing what we came to learn that day! I highly recommend B&B to everyone I come across who has a dog that needs some training done! We look forward to many more sessions and can’t wait to get our dog Saban certified!

So many reasons why we love B&B obedience! We took our 4 month old German Shepherd to B&B. It took 1 class for our walks and corrections to become more enjoyable. Each session was a success and made our home life so much easier. Ella had food aggression, one session never happened again. Unfortunately, our sweet girl ran into some health issues and we haven’t got to finish our sessions, but we can’t wait to take her back. The trainers are just awesome! We give there business cards every chance we get!

Mike is extremely committed to training the owner and the dog. This is training in a laid back comfortable environment. There is never anything used that will hurt your dog. After the first visit my dog was a totally different dog. After only 3 visits he can now go with us to parks and other public places without fear of his acting out. I am extremely pleased with the training we are getting at B&B.

We got our dog (2 yr old Rottweiler mix) from Santa and she had not had any obedience training. She is a very sweet dog but was terrible to walk on a leash. She pulled to the point of choking herself and went after every every distraction we passed. I had bought a no-pull harness to try to help. I also had been teaching her basic commands-sit, stay, etc-using treats, and while she did great when I had treats, she didn’t listen at all without them. After 1 session with B&B, I returned the harness. She heels so well on the leash now that a squirrel literally walked right under her nose today and she perked up her ears and just kept walking beside me. She learned sit, stay, down, place, leave it, off, how to take treats gently, heel on the leash, and more. Mike at B&B is an amazing trainer. He really worked to create a bond between my family and our dog so that the training became easy & fun because she wanted to please us and started listening and paying attention. Every other trainer that we researched used shock collars. Mike’s methods are very effective and actually teach the dogs (and owners!) instead of scaring them into doing what you want. He cares so much about dogs and it was obvious from the moment we stepped into the training center. I feel like I have such a better understanding of overall dog behavior and am confident and comfortable working with my dog. She is calm and relaxed and seems more content. I would recommend B&BK9 to anyone looking for a dog trainer.

Mike is a great person and obedience instructor. He takes time to explain things so you fully understand what you need to do to help train your dog. I\\\’ve only had two sessions with him so far but they have both been very informative learning sessions. I highly recommend his services.
