I have used Best Ever Animal Care for a number of years now and they are definitely the best! Theo meets with you & your fur babies ahead of time. She will text/email you with how they are doing while in her care. She also keeps an extremely detailed daily journal on their care. One of my Chis is a rescue and leery of everyone even if he knows you. However, he just fell in love with Theo! Highly recommend!
