The baristas at this coffee shop are so fantastic. They are chatty and take the time to get to know you. And, they have so many fun ideas for stuff to do at the coffee shop, cool contests, great decorations, fun daily questions! I come here every day not so much for the coffee, but for the friendship!

Not only the best coffee, but the best staff and owner. They are all down to earth and over all great. Any issues, they quickly and efficiently fix the drink or food item. Jim does a great job of employee retaining so I am sure those who work for him are happy.

Biggby Coffee in Champaign serves really good coffee, lattes, and other drinks. The service is always 5 star as the staff are really great people. The shoppes are always clean and welcoming. Biggby in Champaign is by far award worthy!

Biggby\’s took me from just plain black coffee to some amazing coffee combinations. My favorite… Pumpkin caramel extra shot, iced! Wow! The folks there are very helpful and willing to explain the jargon. They give suggestions and are delighted when they see \”that look\” on your face that says, This is fantastic!\”

They are always friendly and make conversation with you. The butter bear is my absolute favorite. I love the cute little names. Anytime someone comes to visit and has never had Bigby I take them there. They all fall in love. My father in law loves it now and he\’d never been there and he lives right down the street.

Absolute best coffee place around! We will go out of our way to go to biggby. The staff is always friendly. We have a large family and they never get frustrated with our kids ordering too. They treat all of our family members like valuable customers. Hard to get that kind of service from chain shops. 5 stars!!

Amazing people all the way around. From the owner and his family to each barista.They are a kind terrific team. Each individual staff member brings a special quality and the dynamic is perfect. There is a unique group of regulars. This particular establishment is wonderful to people with challenges of all different kinds.They have many groups with challenges, That our regular’s because they indeed treat everyone wonderfully.That in and of itself unlike their competitors says a great deal about the character of the place. Coffee is great ambiance incomparable
