He performs both cosmetic surgery and reconstructive procedures.Dr. Bitner performs all insurance based cases either at the Davis Hospital or the Davis Surgical Center. Cosmetic cases are performed in the clinic in-office surgical suite using either local anesthesia, IV sedation or even general anesthesia. The in-office operating suite is fully certified by the AAAASF, American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities.

Dr. Bitner and his staff are extremely welcoming and helped us understand every step along the way of my procedure. I originally had him do filler under my eyes to help reduce the bags. He did so well we decided we are going to be working with him to do a full nasal reconstruction. I am looking forward to the procedure and after the initial consults feel very confident that I am in the right hands.
