Only found this amazeballs salon a couple of months ago!
Consultation with Kerry was brilliant, she talked me through every stage of the cut & colour and then did exactly what she said she would. She understood exactly what I was aiming for and what my hair needed and advised me throughout.
The staff are really friendly and helpful. I was offered a drink almost as soon as I arrived and throughout my time there
Lots of cheeky banter and fun throughout which is always a boost, almost like being out with your friends on a night out.
Best of all I left with the best cut & colour I’ve had in a very long time and feeling tons better, thank you Kerry.

I have always been fussy about who does my hair, I went to the same stylist for over 10 year and he give up hairdressing.
I then tried a new stylist every six weeks and no one cut my hair the way I liked it.
I then went to butterfly 21 as I had heard great things about Kerry and I was not disappointed.
On my first visit I was made so welcome and was treated as though they had known me for years, but the most surprising thing is I went in with long hair and came out with a short trendy Bob ….I never thought I would have cut my hair short….
Kerry gave me the confidence to try a new style and a new colour, I walked out of the salon feeling a million dollars.
I have now been going to Kerry for about a year and I can honestly say she is the best cutter I have every had and no one else will get their scissors near me apart from her x

What a Place! Great fun, Kerry and Fiona have been amazing since opening. cheery and chatty, with a great gift for hair colouring. Kerry always knows best! Well done, keep doing what you do! ❤️

Kerry is a fantastic stylist, my hair always looks great since I have been visiting. Salon is a lovely welcoming place, my hair is a breeze to style now and the cut and colour is brilliant and always exactly what you ask for, Kerry always listens and gives great advice.
I cannot recommend B21 enough. You should go!

Great place not just a hairdresser Kerry makes you feel at ease always come out of there with a spring in my step she is a great listener and doesn\’t forget a thing but still very professional.

Been attending b21 since it opened and had kerry as my hairdresser for at least 12 years! The quality of the cuts and colours are amazing as well as kerry being fabulous at a hair up.
