Carol’s not only has delicious cheesecakes (I’m a big fan of the mixed trays of cheesecake bites. What’s life without variety?!), but also has super good spinach artichoke dip as well!

Carol’s cheesecakes are the absolute best. The Salted Caramel is my all time favorite. Their cheesecakes are always fresh and so obviously made with love. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was enjoying the cheesecakes and other bakery goodies when they were baking at home. The only difference is the location of the kitchen. You can still see and taste the care and attention to quality, none of this machine made, mass produced stuff. It’s just REALLY GOOD cheesecake. Lol, go in with an open mind too. Chef Drew will come up with flavors that will make you think, “_______ in cheesecake!?”, and change your mind with one bite! Lol still tryin to talk him into bacon.
