I was referred 10 years ago to this place in hopes of fixing my at home color that I did myself. Tamara was my hair dresser and she was able to fix the mess I made. They were friendly when you entered and offered a refreshment while you were getting pampered! This was my first experience with an aveda salon and 10 years later I’m still with the same lady! The best salon in town!

I’ve been a Charisma client for almost 13 years. Everytime I come in, I’m made to feel incredibly special and welcomed. No matter what kind of day I’m having before I get to Charisma, it’s made instantly better as soon as I walk in!

I have been going to Charisma for about 11 years, I love my stylist and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Service is top-notch. The salon is well kept, clean and modern. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I drive about an hour round-trip for my cut/color every 5 weeks. Love it!

The services at Charisma are exceptional…but the employers are even more so. Charisma truly treats its customers as “guests” in their home and the employees as family. I cherish my memories working there and continually return as a “guest” now!

Their company is extremely friendly and accommodating. I\’ve known Norma at the east store for years, and she has done hair for my mom, my daughters as well as myself… She relocated to Charisma and I walked in their store 6 months ago for a total makeover that I won and just let them \”do their thing\” .. and was totally happy with what they did!!
