City Cuts is an excellent barbershop! Not only does it have a great Sports-Themed environment but also has talented barbers that are personable, respectful & courteous. After I moved out of Kutztown I still continued to drive out to City Cuts to show my support of the shop and because their service has yet to be matched! City Cuts is a great addition to the community; Providing top quality haircuts daily with their own urban flare – adding diversity to a small mom and pop town. My favorite thing about City Cuts is that I can walk in and be greeted by everyone like family, sit down and enjoy conversation about Sports etc., and walk out sharp and on point. Thanks for the quality and consistency!
