The crew at Critter Gear are awesome. We visit them at The Big E each year and stock up on awesome and unique pet stuff. Catnip kickers for the two 17 year-old cats, who still kick it and are kicking! And collars for the dogs! Unique patterns, and honestly the only collar my big dog hasn’t broken, but has instead simply ‘worn out’ from scratching, swimming, rolling, running, hiking and hanging. But she looks awesome doing it all with her Critter Gear! I bought the wrong size this year at The Big E and Keith was nice enough to ship me the correct sizes without question! (Had he asked, the answer is that I am s=dumb and was blinded by all of the pretty collars on display this year!) I love this company, and their product!

I have a beagle who is a freaking Houdini master. The guys who work/own CG were extremely helpful and very pleasant. I bought a harness that fit Shorty to perfection. He got ahold of it and chewed a part it and well, we had to run to a pet store to get one. We brought him with us to try on the harnesses and we found one that we thought was perfect and the Houdini managed to break free of it. I called the venue where I purchased the first harness from CG, but they didn\’t have any information. Went to the same venue this year and was so excited to see these gentlemen there. They were very helpful and kind. I\’m can\’t wait to receive Shorty\’s new harness. And just to clarify, my dog chewed on this over a week\’s time and his sitter couldn\’t find the harness so he was hiding it. He was probably mad at us for leaving him. Great products (I have a cat too that has a free things) and super friendly service.
