Dogtown Kennels

I have gotten all 3 of my happy, healthy Golden retrievers from Holly, sadly my eldest one passed away recently, he was about 14. Holly spoke with me on a personal level to check in to see how I was doing after losing gunner. I decided to get my 3rd golden from her a few weeks ago. She cares so much about her puppies and makes sure they go to good homes; it’s not about the money for her, it’s about the love. I find that extremely rare for a breeder. If I hadn’t found Holly and Dogtown, I would only adopt. We now live in Colorado and drove all the way to IL and back just to get a Golden from Holly. We wouldn’t trust any other breeder, we have seen questionable breeders before and they have made us never want to go through breeders, however, Dogtown Kennels is not your typical breeder and without Them my heart wouldn’t be as full as it is now. My fur babies are everything to me. Thank you Holly and Dogtown Kennels! I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Dogtown Kennels was where we just recently acquired our newest family member. He is a very handsome pup and a very quick learner. Holly Jo was very easy to work with and always very accommodating.

We have 2 wonderful dogs – both came from Dogtown. They have the most loving good-natured temperaments. We would recommend this kennel to anyone!

I have purchased 3 puppies from Dogtown Kennels and my son purchased 1 as well. I have never had any health problems with any of the dogs we have purchased. My latest golden retriever Charlie is currently 7 months old and he is the most lovable puppy I have ever had. He was the 2nd smallest of litter and he was crate trained but he never ever had an accident in his crate. He has been out of his crate for several weeks while we are at work without and chewing issues or accidents. I also have a 8 year old English golden Bobby who has never been sick a day in his life. Bobby is also highly intelligent and very obedient and just a big fluff ball! A 2 yr old chocolate lab who also is very smart. I will continue to use Dogtown for my next pup an American golden in the very near future. I have had many dogs in my life and although I have loved them immensely the pups I have purchased in the past from Dogtown far exceeds all others.

Dogtown Kennels are the most loving dog breeders I’ve ever seen! The puppies are treated like family, well loved family! I’ve gotten 3 dogs from them and all 3 were amazing dogs!
