The ladies in this office could and should give lessons to other doctors offices on what customer service is and should be. They are collectively the nicest and most cheerful group of people I’ve encountered in a doctor’s office setting. Add a high tech smooth running operation to this friendliness and their knowledge and you have what all medical and dental offices should be like! Kudos to the whole staff and thank you!! I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in need of dermatology or cosmetic services

I’m so thrilled with the professional care I have received at Florida Skin Care. The whole staff are knowledgeable, kind and sincerely interested in every aspect of patient skin care. Their products are incredible and have improved my 68 year old skin 100%. They teach you how to use the products in addition to selling those only needed depending on your skin type, My PA, Sherisha, is patient, concerned and listens to me. She also performs a full body check yearly ( from scalp to toes) and on my first visit, she found and removed a melanoma on my back. I highly recommend the office in Ft. Myers.

I’ve been a patient for 3 years. I find the Staff, PA’s, and Dr,Badia exceptional! Any questions concerns, or treatments have all be addressed to a 5 star rating. I received treatment two times a week with no adverse reaction. Florida skin center was recommended by my dermatologist in Rhode Island. I have very satisfied ever since! Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable of any procedure. I am very happy to be a patient of Florida Skin Center. I will be willing to recommended anyone to come to Florida Skin Center.

I go to the Cape Coral office, and highly recommend it. Everything is done professionally. The office is run very well, and the staff are always helpful in getting appointments made, and ensuring that the billing is done correctly. I have been seen by Brook, who is very competent and helpful. She identified a melanoma on my first visit, and got me to a wonderful surgeon. Each time I see her, she carefully examines my skin, and helps me identify and understand areas of concern. I am very happy with the services I have received from Florida Skin Center.

I have seen Brooke at the Cape Coral office several times and I cannot recommend her enough. I was referred by the VA for a minor issue, which she promptly diagnosed and treated. Most importantly, when I told her I hadn’t had a full-body checkup in several years she performed one and almost immediately recognized a potential melanoma. She did a biopsy and sent it off for a rush pathology report and it confirmed her suspicions. She and her staff then promptly referred me to a melanoma surgery specialist (Dr Ritter is the BEST!). Within a month of my initial exam I had my surgery, with the melanoma being entirely removed and the wound expertly closed to reduce scarring and hair loss. The pathology report shows no cancer. In addition, they went the extra mile to wade through the red tape of dealing with the Veteran’s Choice Program. Brooke is very knowledgeable, competent, and caring; always going the extra mile for her patients.

My whole family sees Brooke. We go for the basic yearly and she has even helped with stitches my son needed that were in his face. She has a great bedside manner . We like her so much that now my extended family is going to her also

I have been to this dermatology office several times, and was recommended by a friend. I always see Brooke the physicians assistant. Brooke is wonderful, always goes the extra mile! And I appreciate that they call me with any results. I read some of the other reviews and was shocked. Because I honestly dont believe they are a true reflection of their office or staff. I will continue to refer all my family, friends, and patients to Brooke and Dr. Badia.
