Dr. Gainor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University Of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1981. He then completed a post graduate General Practice Residency in Dentistry at Maimonides Medical Center in 1982

Dr. Marc Gainor is the 2012 Doctors Choice Award winner, Member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Fellow of the American College of Dentists, Fellow of the International College of Dentists, and the receiver of AGD Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition Award. He is very involved in organized dentistry and loves teaching and has being in restorative practice for 32 years.

Dr. Gainor is extremely gentle and thorough. He has a very cheerful and approachable demeanor and cares about total dental care. I would recommend him to anyone, and he makes going to the dentist something to look forward to
