I went to JJ Fish Today and waited 15 minutes before I said something to the cook I was the only one in line .he walks out with an attitude I said I been standing her for 15 minutes I would like to order he started pounding his fist at me and over talking me.i asked for Kenneth the owner next thing I know is he says I am refusing your service. At this point I am pissed. I got serucity in the mall after trying to reach out several times to the owner and they gave me Kenneth nunber I am still waiting on a Response ..WON’T BE BACK. FOOD IS SALTY ANYWAYS.

I love Chicken and the JJs in Des Moines, Ia Merle Hay, has fresh and hot wings and fish. The customer service is A1 and the management treats everyone like family. I’m a loyal customers because they are a loyal brand all around.

Being from Chicago I was ecstatic to find out JJ Fish was opening here in Des Moines. The food is delicious, the customer service is wonderful, and everyone is always really friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone!
