Kovo is the best salon in Chicago! Intimate setting with excellent stylists who go out of their way to assist you and care for your hair! They do gorgeous colors and hair cuts that are one of a kind! The hair cut always grows out beautifully and is exactly what I have asked for. Their balayage technique is amazing!
