This bakery is one of the best I have every been too. Mama Resch’s offers a wide variety, so much so that it makes it hard to choose whenever I go in to get some goodies. Her homemade bread tops them all. Though it is gluten-free, the taste and texture is as close to a good whole wheat bread as any I’ve seen. Kudos Mama Resch! You’re at the top of the list in my book!

Where do I start, it’s all so good! The Millet bread was my first love, then the cookies and cupcakes. Now, muffins and my Birthday cake was amazing and beautiful too! The pumpkin pie we had for Thanksgiving tasted so close to the real thing, that my non gluten free family ate it and loved it! I just had a chocolate chip cupcake with chocolate chip frosting tonight…..Yummy!!

Mama Resch\’s Bakery has been a life changer for our family. For the first time in 5 years, our daughter is able to walk into a bakery and can have anything she wants and every child deserves that feeling! Angela and her staff treat us like family and their food tastes beyond amazing!! From delicious toast in the morning, to a yummy cookie treat for dessert, our daughter gets to be a \”normal\” kid and we couldn\’t ask for more!!

My son is airborne anaphylactic to peanuts. Not only can he eat from most bakeries, but he cannot even go in grocery stores that have bulk peanuts. The first time we went in Mama Resch’s the freedom and joy seen in the eyes of my 3 year when he was told he could try ANYTHING he wanted without limits was priceless. Not only is the food safe for most food allergies, it is AMAZINGLY good! The quality and care put into each item in this bakery is unmatched!

I love knowing there is no possibility of cross contamination. The baked goods are delicious and all working in the bakery are friendly. They are great at providing any information on their products.
