Mehl’s Gluten-Free Bakery & Flour Company, is the best gluten free bakery out there and I can tell you I have tried way too many over the years. The guys are the best at helping you to find what you are needing and if you cannot find it, they will prepare it if you give them the time. They helped us with our daughters wedding in August, with their mini-cupcakes in 4 flavors. No one knew they were gluten free and they were enjoying and those of us in the family, who normally could not have that kind of thing at a wedding got to enjoy with everyone else. Which included the bride and myself. Thanks guys for all you do!

Mehl’s is quite possibly one of the most delicious bakeries I’ve ever visited. Their food is amazing. The staff is always friendly. I feel like I’m glowing when I leave there. They take time to know their customers. Each recipe was hand crafted with love and care because they know what its like to live with food allergies or dietary needs. Thank you guys for putting all your hard work into making a place of amazing food and amazing people.

You can find more gluten free products out there now, compared to even a year ago, and now “Mehls Bakery’ came to town!!!!! They have the best gluten free cupcakes, cookies, bread, pizza, flour, english muffins, pancake mix, muffin mix, etc,etc!!!!! I love seeing the ‘boys’ when I get to Fargo,too!!! They always have a smile on their faces and are so friendy. It shows that they love what they are doing!!!!
