Their cannoli are made individually, so the shell is nice and crispy even after an hour ride home (if they make it that far!) If I had to choose the last thing I could eat before I die, it would be their pistachio macaroons. No wait… their dark chocolate covered white torrone… or an eclair – not too sweet; just right! Oh, heck! I want to live forever as long as I can have dolci from the Modern Pastry Shop!
