This was my very first Botox appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Beth made me feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. She took her time during the consultation, really listening to my goals, concerns, and expectations. I was definitely nervous going in, but Beth’s calm, professional, and gentle approach reassured me every step of the way. She explained the process clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism and kind demeanor truly stood out. I left feeling confident, cared for, and excited for my results. A few months ago I walked into Nightingales feeling down and defeated by the aging process. I was on a mission to reverse the clock. Brogan spent an hour of her own time just talking to me, explaining how things work, making recomendations and 100% listening to my concerns. I was skeptical about the full facial balancing after having tried all the things with zero results. I trusted her and have absolutely no regrets. A few appointments and months later I feel so much better about myself. I look forward to these appointments. All of the women there are FANTASTIC and make you feel so comfortable being there. She has such an incredible eye for facial balancing and always knows exactly what I need to look refreshed, natural, and totally in harmony. She takes the time to really understand your face and your goals, and her technique is gentle, precise, and always on point. I completely trust her — she just gets it.
