Dr. Shapsis takes personal medical care very seriously and will never treat any issue unless the the diagnosis is obtained scientifically.

I visited NY Center for Integrative Medicine for acupuncture to address chronic migraines and neck tension. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly upon arrival and during the entire experience. My initial appointment was with Dr. Kachko. He started the session with a comprehensive assessment of my medical background as well as the issue that brought me in. From the start I felt very comfortable speaking with Dr. Kachko; he was thorough, knowledgeable, and offered helpful suggestions for how to manage my migraines. Something I really appreciated was his transparency. He walked me through each step of the process and its case specific benefits for my migraine symptoms. When it came to the actual acupuncture, the room was super nice and I was very relaxed. I would definitely recommend NY Center for Integrative Medicine and Dr. Kachko to my friends and family.

I highly recommend NYCIM to everyone! Dr. Kachko is very attentive and knowledgeable. I’m new to acupuncture and am amazed how well it works with my health problem. They also have a great variety of supplements that are handpicked by the doctor and are really working.
