This is one of the best salons in Fort Wayne, its spacious and private. Veronica is concerned about the needs of the community as well as the team and clients that patronize the salon. Although the salon and barber shop is under one roof they are in totally separate rooms. My clients are comfortable and I am proud to be apart of a salon with a great and inspirational leader.

I was referred to this establishment 6 yrs ago after moving to Fort Wayne and had been a loyal customer every since I had visit 1 other Shoppe and was very unsatified with the atimspher and the service. Here at Optimistics I get Royal Treatment along with a clean refreshing atmosphere. The service is Top Notch and Ms Victoria has always treated me and the guest with the upmost respect….She has different Stylist for any style I choose to get and thats what keeps me coming back.
