I became a fan of Pie in the Sky through employment as a server in their establishment in Madison, Alabama. I immediately fell in love with the food. It had to be the hardest menu I have ever had to remember due to the fact that they offer so many different varieties of food. Due to moving I am no longer employed their but I miss the food and people. The taste of the pizza is exquisitely genuine. They toss the dough as its ordered. They even have a window where your kids can watch and play with their own pizza dough. They have a big open floor plan making it accessible to large parties. The Large flatscreen TV’s make it hard to miss a game during any season. If you are into craft beer….then you have a variety of 36 different beers ON TAP. They often do tap takeovers with Straight to Ale and they have something for everybodys taste. Don’t like beer? Try the margarita! From the food to the service, I promise you will have a wonderful experience at Pie in the Sky.
