I\’m a long time customer and Paula and her girls are really important to me, I hate having my hair done, but each time I go they do an amazing job, remind me why it\’s so important to look after my hair, make me look human again and I always come away with a smile on my face and in my heart. The service is really personal, they never forget your trials and tribulations from your last visit, they share your worries , all to whilst you sit in the chair being transformed. Paula knows exactly what needs to be done with my strait, fine hair and I always feel fantastic when she\’s finished with me. Her apprentices are a real delight, they learn at Paula\’s elbow how to assess each customer but also about the world in general. I often sit in the chair watching others have their updo or their curls teased and colours being transformed and always feel amazed at the skills of the girls, each one is unique and there\’s always a smile on their customers faces. I recommend this salon to anyone who needs a great hairdo and a mental massage at the same time .

What a amazing salon Plann 4 is! I maybe a fussy customer but nobody could do my hair aswell as the staff here! Great customer service with a friendly welcoming environment that makes u feel right at home! They outdo themselves every time I visit the salon an always meet my needs and expectations! From amazing colour changes to subtle hair ups – this salon can do everything you could desire you hair to be and I just love it!
