I’ve been going to Dr. Dietrich for over 10 years now and I’m as pleased today as I was when I first became a patient. In addition to being thorough and professional, he’s honest. For example, I asked him for teeth whitening and he told me he’d be happy to do it but suggested I try other remedies like over the counter options first since the discoloration wasn’t severe. Or another time when I pointed out a few imperfections on my teeth and questioned him about braces. Once again, he told me it was possible, but suggested I first take a close look at some of my favorite celebrities’ teeth. I appreciate that. Both of those times would have been easy for him to make money but he instead chose to encourage me to think before spending money. I can’t personally speak to the value of service but I can attest to referring a friend after he received a pricey estimate from another Dentist. After meeting with Pleasant Dental, he switched offices and received his service for considerably less than his original estimate. Dr. Dietrich and his team really make me feel valued as a patient and I have referred several family and friends over the years. I highly recommend this office.

I had some serious issues with my previous Dental Provider, in Tinley Park, over priced and poor service. So on Saturday I was at Olivia’s Restaurant, and I saw Cars in the Pleasant Dental Parking lot, so, I went to see if I could get an appointment for a Saturday; I was greeted by Maria; at the Front Desk; and what a pleasant experience; She had an exceptional presentation when it came to the services provided at Pleasant Dental. I just got a cleaning by Pleasant Dental and I must admit my teeth feel new and vibrant again. I have been going to Pleasant Dental for years getting treatment from everything such as fillings to root canals and I am always happy with the results.

As I have seen in other reviews about this dentist.. I have not been to a dentist in 15 years because of my anxiety from a botched root canal when I was younger.. Pleasant is the only one word to describe this dental experience. They truly understand your fears..

Great place to go if you’re not into pain. They’re very gentle when operating on your mouth. I had two root canals done with minimum pain. The comfort of watching tv with a headset on while they work on your mouth, make the experience much better.
