OMG! Everything I’ve ever had at Prelude Breakfast Bar has been so fresh, unique and Delicious! The Asian Pop Up Dinner was very authentic and over the top Amazing! Keep doing exactly what you do.

This place has amazing food. And I mean amazing. Their huevos are the best huevos I’ve ever had. Their pancakes are perfectly cooked, and their ever changing menu is creative and uniquely fun.

First off, let me say that I’m visiting from Brooklyn, NY…the Mecca of brunching. I went to Prelude the other day, and was so surprised by this fresh new look in Fayettville. It combines the natural feel of Arkansas with the new age, industrial look I see all over NY. I’ve tried other brunch spots in town on previous visits to Fayettville, and always walk away with a meal I could have come up with on my own at home. This is not the case at Prelude! The menu is so unique, and changes daily to provide locally sourced, in season ingredients. i ordered the flight of pancakes and a vodka blueberry lemonade (real blueberries, with fresh squeezed lemonade to order). The pancakes were all so different from each other and all sinfully delicious. Other at the table got the habiscus mimosas and Bloody Mary to drink. The Bloody Mary came with a free taster of beer. They also ordered savory dishes, which they raved about. The service was great! The music was mellow, but cool. They have a deck with outdoor seating. Quite a new little gem! I wouldn’t be surprised if lines start to form on Sat and Sun once students are back…just like all the good places in Brooklyn.
