Queen nails has the worst customer service EVER. Worst $40 I’ve ever spent, my nails are the worst set I’ve ever had & my nail tech was horribly rude.

Not a fan at all. They gave me the worst fill I’ve ever gotten. None of my nails looked the same. Unfriendly staff that don’t even talk to you and make you wait 20 minutes after your scheduled time to start. And when I told the tech that they didn’t look the same she shrugged and said “well you should have said something before I painted them” No apology or an offering to fix it. And when I showed her how they were different she just shrugged again and said “I don’t see it. I think they’re fine”. Now I have to pay to get them fixed. Worst $40 of my life, never going back, seriously the worst technique and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Super unfriendly and not the first nightmare review I’ve heard.
