The food was delicious. The meat was so tender and the sauce just made it melt in your mouth. I didn\’t even want the bun that come with it just the meat alone. The portions are great. If I could I\’d eat it close to everyday. I can\’t wait to get my hand on some more tasty food.

the flavor of the meat is perfect. the sauce is not overpowering. it is perfectly spiced. the consistency of the meat is perfect. a nice melt in your mouth shred and fantastic taste.

The BBQ. Is so tender and not real spicy. I can\’t eat anything that is too spicy. You can put his sauce on if you want a little kick. And his prices are reasonable.

Red Desert cooked an amazing catered dinner for my wedding provided tastings for exactly what we wanted, which is hard enough. He also helped us keep it in our budget and we managed to have some leftovers. I’m a fat kid for BBQ so that was an added bonus.
