My husband & I love Red Wattle! Best sandwiches ever! You would think after eating such a large pile of yumminess between bread that you might feel a little sluggish afterward. Nope. The ingredients are so fresh & no preservatives or other crap, you just feel happy after eating one of their awesome sandwiches. It’s sooooooo freakin good! Eat here. Now.

The food is absolutely delicious. Having chef-inspired farm to table food out of a food truck is an incredible concept that doesn’t disappoint! The KC Cheesesteak and LLB (brisket sammy) are my faves and I would be doing you justice if I didn’t mention the hand cut gouda cheese fries and chips!

I had the LBB (Liz loves brisket) sandwich, and the cheese fries. I cannot stop thinking about how good they were!!!
The sandwich had a cream cheese sauce and veggies, doesn’t sound good but WOW!! Blew my mind how good it tastes! The cheese fries leave you wanting more…OF THEM! Except the portion sizes are so huge that there was no where left to put them!!!! Sooooo good! Can’t wait to go back!
