I have been going ot the Ritzz for Dana to take care of my hair since she opened. She was my stylist before she opened the Ritzz. Even when she was in an old location without an elevator and I was recovering with a broken leg I went to the Ritzz. The most painful experience was having my hair cut very short before chemo. But the staff took care of me with compassion. She is always friendly and honest and if I never need to go back for a correction (which maybe has happened once) she does not charge and she is happy to help.
