As a pet owner, I read in the newspaper about this facility offering free evaluations of pets to determine a pet’s strengths and weaknesses in regards to basic training. I promptly signed my boys up. I was given a date and time to be there and away we went. When we arrived we were taken to a room with about 10 people assembled. My dogs and I sat in the center of the semi circle and I was questioned about the boys behavior during specific situations. We recreated some of the scenarios to see the behavior first hand. We finished up and I took the boys out for a potty break. When we returned, the group discussed with me their mutual findings and made suggestions as to how I might correct some of the behaviors. I was even given a printout of the findings and suggestions. As I left, I was escorted to my vehicle by the owner who thanked me for participating. She explained that the panel of trainers were actually students learning to diagnose behavior and to understand corrective actions. It was a great experience for me and my pets! I highly recommended these folks for this award!
