That Dr. Wade is exceptional goes without saying however she also:
1) Works to expose students to exotics.
2) Is certified by the state as a wildlife vet.
3) Organized exotic support with the emergency clinic.
4) Works with Messinger and the SPCA etc.
The crew at Specialized is beyond what one can say about caregivers.
In the words of Big Hero 6: We are satisfied with our care.

Dr. Wade and staff are WONDERFUL. We have had 2 emergencies with our black headed caique and the care our beloved bird (3rd child) was compassionate and caring.

Everyone is so friendly and caring. They show much love to our little bird Coco when they are giving her a physical, clipping her wings and trimming her nails! Are very accommodating also.

They are very caring, concerned, and above all, experienced in exotics. Very beautiful,clean, building. I would never take my birds anywhere else. Very accommodating, when an appointment is needed fast.

Dr Wade and her staff are not only expert, professional caregivers, but are compassionate, caring and empathetic human beings. Dr Wade and her staff provided expert, compassionate care to my beloved conures, Doc and Winnie. I can’t say enough about her or her staff.

It is the only avian care in Western New York. I have not had the need to use them yet and hopefully never will but I have birds and hope they will be there when I do need them, I have only herd positive things about them.

Hands down the best place to go to if you’re looking for excellent care for your pets. They’re so good and truly care about the well-being of your animal. Everyone is nice and welcoming, overall a really good experience.
