I was introduced to the Mangalarga Marchador through the Future Foal owner. She has been very supportive of my desire to learn of the breed, ANY info I want & always responds in a timely manner. With her help & advice & now own 2 Marchador geldings. One of \”each gait\”…..picada & batida! They are amazingly smart & forward, & athletic. And I\’ve met other owner/breeders with her assistance also! If I have a question or issue; I go to her!

They are passionate about the Mangalarga Marchador breed. Lynn will help anyone learn more about them, help them find an adult horse that fits their needs from anywhere in the country, or breed the quality foal of their dreams. They are responsible breeders with a true love of horses. I own Gaia do Summerwind – purchased from SW Future Foal before she was born. I cannot recommend SW Future Foal highly enough.

SW Future Foal Mangalarga Marchador is an outstanding influence on Mangalarga Marchador gaited horse owners across the USA. Lynn and John Kelley, owners of Summerwind, Inc started convincing North American horse owners about 15 years ago of the positive attributes of the Mangalarga Marchador, which originates in Brazil (where over 400,000 are compared to only about 300 here now). Lynn Kelley was instrumental in formulating the United States Mangalarga Marchador Association (USMMA) and being its president for several years and now is secretary. This too has afforded her the opportunity to educate the eqine community of the benefits of being a Marchador owner. Specifically, a Marchador typically has calm temperament, smooth gait, intelligence, versatility, and loyalty to its owner. These horses have been super for people of all ages, especially for families and younger learners who have come to appreciate being Marchador owners in the United Staes. SW Future Foal – Mangalarga Marchador has contributed to the success of new owner across the country working, knowing, and understanding the benefit of having a Mangalarga Marchador.
