My previous review shows only 2 stars and I tried leaving 5 stars – not sure why or how to correct it – so, I’m trying again.
My schnauzer hates baths – but does not mind going to visit Amy and Caroline at Tangled Tails. For that reason, we love them…. and they do a great job!

I had used a couple of national chains\’ grooming services, but they were expensive and my fur baby would always be stressed when I picked him up. Many times he would be there for 5-7 hours. I was so happy to find Amy and Tangeled Tails. She does a great job at much less cost to me and the best part is that my baby is never stressed and does very well with her. Additionally, she gets done in a timely fashion and never makes him stay longer than necessary. I would recommend her 100% of the time to anyone!

Tangled Tails does a fantastic job with our two Cocker Spaniels!! They pay special attention to their ears and it has really cut down on the amount of ear infections! Both of our dogs feel really comfortable going to Tangled Tails and they always come back looking great!

Amy and Caroline always do a fantastic job on my furry children. The dogs are always groomed precisely to my instruction and they are always ready at the agreed upon time!

I have been taking my little rat terrier (Lucy) to tangled tails for a long while even before they moved to Madison. They are wonderful. They always give her a real good bath and she always looks & smells so clean. They clip her nails and I have had them to paint her nails. At first she was a little scared, but now all we have to say is \”Do you want to go see Caroline and she worries us crazy until it\’s time to go.\” They deserve being fans choice. If any one needs a good groomer, I recommend tangled tails.

Tangled Tails has groomed my dog for a while now. My dog has a little anxiety, but Amy always helps her feel comfortable. She always looks and smells so much better! The price is right on point too.

I took my 13 yr old 3lb anxious Yorker here for a groom. I have been disappointed with big chain groomers in the past because they are so stressful on my pup. Tangled Tails was easy to schedule and they took excellent care of my baby making sure he was in a quiet non stressful environment. AND he looked great after his grooming! So glad to have found them!!!
