I have been going to Tangles Salon for 5 1/2 years and the owner of the Salon Julie Sneed does my hair and color. She has always made sure that I love my hair and has made some good suggestions to me such as I had never put highlights in my hair and wanted to try it and see if I liked it and she recommended a color to me and for 4 years now I have wore it exactly like that. She is always worked with me in scheduling as I live in Franklin,Tn which is about 45 minutes from Springfield,Tn and is very patient when I get stuck in traffic and am late. Their has been times I have had to cancel and reschedule and she has done that willingly without any complicates.She is also a friend as well and has a sweet spirit and kind heart. Everyone there is always friendly and very professional. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great place to go and you will come out feeling beautiful and looking amazing.
