Almost on year ago I had the fortune of finding Dr. Thelam Nguyen and the team at Tansley Woods Dentistry. I was unhappy with the treatment at my dentist and wanted a new dentist. Choosing Dr. Nguyen and his team was the best decision. My initial contact with the office confirmed I had made the right decision. Mai, the practice’s administrator, promptly arrange an appointment, had my dental health records transferred from my old dentist and ensured I was on my way to better oral health. My first appointment with Dr. Nguyen allowed for a comprehensive overview of my dental health history and my future goals. My immediate concerns were addressed and a plan was put into place. Based on Dr. Nguyen’s recommendation, I decided Invisalign was a good option to provide me with the smile I have always wanted. Dr. Nguyen and his team are incredibly passionate about providing their patients with the best possible care. Their attention to detail, the way they plan and execute treatment, and their commitment to the patient’s needs makes them my number one choice!

At the time, I was new to the neighbourhood and was looking for a dentist. I stumbled upon Tansley Woods Dentistry which was close by and convenient to get to. There was a news article on how they offered their services to a new family in Canada which I got good vibes from. I made the call to switch and make my first appointment. Little did I know that the staff was super warming and welcoming. Every single staff member always had a smile and great conversation! The receptionist Mai, all the dental assistants and Dr. Nguyen are so friendly. They make an effort to get to know you and it doesn’t really feel like you’re at the dentist. They know what they’re doing and walk you through everything prior to starting. During the procedures, they ask periodically if you are comfortable and not feeling any pain. This place is great, and now, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. I highly recommend them to everyone I know!
