Cindy and Kelsey are amazing people and do amazing things for the dogs at the shelter. They treat each dog as if it is their own pet! You can tell the dogs love them too! When they are let out for their daily exercise, they never go far away from Kelsey! I wish all shelters were like this one!

I adopted one of their dogs based solely on her photo and cindy drove her all the way from kansas to iowa so we could meet, she could meet my other dogs and went above and beyond to help ellie get a forever home and she is an amazing loving, silly dog that loves to play with the others but also loves to cuddle with her mommy. I would absolutely recommend them

The Dogs of Chautauqua County animal shelter does it’s absolute best to help the animals. We should all support this shelter, it takes a village to get things done. This shelter is the voice for the voiceless, and I support their cause!

Amazing people helping incredible dogs! They love the dogs that come to the shelter as they would their own and do everything they can to get them adopted. They work so hard to stay a no-kill shelter and I love their passion and dedication.

The dogs living at the Chautauqua County Animal Shelter are actually very lucky. Cindy and Kelsey are both committed to caring for them. Cindy goes out of her way to get them either adopted or to a rescue where they will have a better chance of being adopted.

This shelter is amazing! The shelter manager and volunteer are so dedicated to showing these animals love and care and giving them the best life while there! They work tirelessly to dint them homes! I adopted a dog from there and she is an angel! Please choose them, they deserve everything positive possible!!

Cindy has the biggest heart for the animals in the shelter. She does everything in her power to find homes for the dogs. She travels miles to get them to safe places. There aren’t many no-kill shelters left these days, but because of Cindy and the shelter staff’s dedication, they remain no-kill. Chautauqua County Animal Shelter is so deserving of this award.
