I love the look of the salon. The decor, down to the smallest details is amazing. But more importantly all the staff are wonderful! Their work is incredible and the ‘team spirit’ they have with each other is really nice to see and be around

I have been to one other salon in Sherwood Park and did not have a pleasant experience. Everyone at The Factory is so friendly and welcoming I never felt out of place at all. Ashley is so talented at what she does. She did exactly what I asked for. Will be going back for sure all the time.

The Factory is my refuge from the world! Julie is always welcoming. Nicole is the most amazing esthetician who truly cares about her clients. I love the rustic feel of the Factory and they welcome everyone. Colleen’s vision of what she wants the salon to be is spot on. She is always bringing in unique products that can’t be found any place else. I highly recommend The Factory. An exceptional experience.

Atmosphere is amazing least judgy or catty place ive ever recieved services from. The owner goes above and beyond for her staff and customers every owner should strive to be as humble and kind as Colleen is. Quality wise the price is on par for great results and the stylists listen to what you request or at least will help to develop your idea to something suitable/wearable on every individuals personal style. The factory uses professional hair products and colors that will leave you stunned and crying happy tears for years to come.

The factory hair and Body is one of the best salons I’ve ever been to. From the friendly, welcoming front desk staff, to some of the most talented stylists and Aestheticians in the industry. The salon and spa has such a rustic edgy vibe, while still having that calming, laid back relaxing feel. I’ve never walked into a salon and felt more welcome than I do when I go to The Factory. Hands down the best place!
